Replication is also referred to as "molding" or "pressing". A glass master and a "stamper" are made and that becomes the mold. The CD or DVD is made from raw plastic pellets into shape and the mold is used to “stamp” onto the plastic disc, thus transferring the information onto it.

During the process the disc is then coated with reflective layer, protective layer and then silkscreen printed.

CD and DVD Masters

Progress Marketing supports and participates in IRMA’s IPR Compliance Program. This means you will be requested to complete a form indicating that you are the content owner or if not, you have been authorized (must be supported by documentary proof) to replicate the contents.

The following formats are acceptable as Masters for Replication:

For CD Replication: CD-R | For DVDR Replication: DVD5 or DLT

Progress produces the standard size CD / DVD (120mm), mini CD / DVD (80mm) and hockey rink shape business card CD / DVD (61mm x 80mm).
